My first unforgettable family trip – Island of Langkawi.

I was just five years old and I was very excited for my first trip with my family to Langkawi (Island city of Malaysia). The city is not crowded and has many natural places to explore. We had already prepared our list of must visit places for the next four days.

We started with visiting the Sky Bridge situated between two mountains. We reached there using cable car from bottom of the hill to top station and further using inclined Sky Glide till the Sky Bridge. The weather was cloudy and cold and cable car ride was too scary while passing through the clouds. We had too many pictures clicked which remind us today also of our trip.

Next, we visited to the Eagle Square near to the port and busy place for tourist. Itsheight is sotall that I had to raise my head to have full view. Tourist were all around clicking pictures of it. Eagle square is also called as “Dataran Lang”.

Our next trip was to aquarium in Langkawi, which houses more than 200 different species of marine and freshwater fish including harbour seals, rock hopper penguins, sharks, giant rays and the enormous Amazonian arapaima – the biggest freshwater fish in the world.

We next visited Langkawi Wildlife Park and Bird Paradise. At park I held green colour parrot, and while my sister also held a parrot, another one came flapping its wings hard and landed on her shoulder. (It was a scary but fun experience). The park has a tropical rainforest with over 2,500 exotic birds, such as canaries, owls, eagles, toucans, hornbills and flamingos. It was anoverall wonderful experience.

Langkawi 3D museum is must visit and we enjoyed most here while taking pictures with different 3D images which looks so real. We clicked picture with sharks with open mouths, with half broken bridge, with fairy wings which give illusion of me being fairy. This place is full with more than 100 paintings for lifetime experience pictures with 3D illusions. We clicked almost with all of them.

Last, but not the least we went to twin towers in Kuala Lumpur. Although this is 18th tallest tower in the world but remain tallest twin tower in the world. We clicked family picture at the base of tower and spend evening time roaming around and visiting KL.

My trip to Malaysia was a wonderful, fun, exciting and unforgettable trip, I will remember it always!
